If you are on a public network unblock Facebook will be impossible because the IT department is the only one that can unblock Facebook to use by the users in that place.Are you in a public network,i.e school,etc...?

I cant send any message to other people. I have bloked temporaly.

on your facebook, click on account, click on privacy settings, scroll down to the bottom of the page, click on block lists, locate the name of the person you wish to unblock, and click unblock.

Log in to facebook.
Click this Unblock My Friend
Just below the Block Users you will find the name of the friend you wish to unblock,click unblock beside the name of your friend.

See her name again from the list of her friends.

You have to get the proxy key to unblock facebook!

Your post is not so clear.Has your friend blocked you or have you blocked him?

I will answer you keeping both cases in mind.

If your friend has blocked you on facebook then it is not in your hands to get yourself unblocked. Your friend has to unblock you from his facebook profile.

But in case you have blocked him from your facebook profile then you can unblock him in the following manner. Go to your facebook site. Click on the 'Account' tab on the upper right hand corner of your website. Go to Privacy Settings - Block List - remove the name of your friend which will be listed there.
