My refrigerator is Whirlpool 134a (CH2 FCF3), full load amps 1.1A, voltage 220V/50 Hz, total 310 L. The problem is that it is not geeting cooled. The light is coming, but the it is not geeting cooled. So please inform about the solution. I stay in Almatti, Bijapur District. So please, inform about the whirlpool technician near Bijapur District, Karnataka and also inform about their likely charges.

However you need a step up transformer

if the supply voltage is 110V then the primary voltage needs to be 110V and the secondary voltage needs to be 220V dependant on your Elna needing 220V to run.
Does the ELna have a power rating plate at 220 V AC and if not does it have a current rating at 220V as power = voltage x current
so if it was 1 amp at 220v the power rating would be 220 Watts
When a transformer is involved the current on the primary coils of the transformer will half due to the 1:2 ratio of the transformer and will drag the same wattage as 220 V .
Another consideration is the frequency of the supply I am guessing the ELna is looking for 50 Hz and I think Florida will be on 60 Hz - not sure if this will be an issue in the ELNA but there are frequency adapters on the market to convert 60 hz to 50 hz if it is an issue.

You might be able to check the elna circuitry to see if it has a transformer inside it that you might be able to change to run at 110V down to whatever the elna runs on internally at its internal transformer secondary voltage.
Also check there is not a switch on the elna to switch from 220 v to 110v on the unit - not sure if it has this feature ?

Check the back or the bottom of the Wave unit for the input voltage rating. If it has a universal power supply, it will show something like "Input voltage 97-243 VAC 50-60 Hz," i. e., the input voltage rating spans the full range from 110 VAC US to 240VAC Europe. In that case, all you have to do is get a power cord suitable for the power in your area.

I checked the specification in the on-line owner's manual, but it wasn't helpful; it said the input power rating is "220V-240V
50/60Hz 60W max" We know it works on 120 V, so the 220V in manual may be a typographical error. Go with the information on the unit case. If it says "120 V 60Hz" and nothing about 240 V, then you would need a transformer rated for at least 70 Volt-Amps (60 Watts plus a reserve factor so you don't have to worry about overloading it).

I tried checking my favorite site for electronic products such as travel transformers and adapters (MCM Electronics), but as of this time they were having server problems. Note: they may have the 240 V version of the power cord, or you can check whether Bose sells it separately.

please be aware if timing is required or electrical motors this could be a problem as usa is 60Hz and your appliciance may be designed to run at 50 Hz frequency

IF the unit is a international model it will say the two or range of voltages on the serial number tag. If it is not then you can use a 220 to 120 voltage transformer but if using a 60 Hz transformer in a 50 Hz environment they have the tendency to over heat.
The international model have a switch arrangment on the back to select different primary transformer windings. If you have a 220V ac unit a small 120 to 220V transformer could be used with no danger.
It is not just a matter of the connector but also of the voltage provided to the unit so that it works correctly.

Im working on a TRUE beer cooler m/n AEA4440YXA & it will not cool down below 50 degrees. I have replaced the cap tube & weighed in charge of 134A (11ozs.) this is what the tag says...still not cooling. Does anyone have any sugestions ? Never heard of 220v refrigerators, but half voltage means that either L1 or L2 is defective. Is it fed from fuses or circuit breaker? Make sure that your incoming power line has 220v from L1 to L2.

Check the fuse or circuit breaker with volt meter, make sure you have 220v from L1 to L2

There's no mention of either NTSC or PAL in any spec sheet.

The manual for the similar model SR575 says the North American model does not have the voltage selector. Too bad. Under the general specs for the variants of this family of receivers they list the following power specs. I have no idea where you have to go to buy one from the "Others" group.

You could do what I did over 30 years ago. Join the Army, go overseas and buy one in the PX. Every HiFi product we bought in the PX in the 70's had the dual voltage feature.

All the machine manufacture for Usa work on 110 volt 60 hz and the format is Ntsc.You should check availability on line about region Format like NTSC-PAL -PAL2 SECAM and which country are using the same, and make sure the hz is 50.Most of the new Game system support Dual Voltage But not the Ps3.You need to let your seller check on the machine tag to make sure everything is correct like 220v 50 hz.

Yes there are frequency converters available but most are relatively over rated (industrial) for your requirement such as MDS Power or VisiComm Industries. What you need is a Low Power Solid State Frequency Converters lower than a
Electrocon Frequency Converters. However, I expect this devices to be rather expensive.

A few other options you may want to consider:
1. Contact the store where you bought if from; swap with an International version (Model SL-1210 Mark II; same price as SL-1200 Mark II); dual voltage switchable on rear of unit: 120 volts/60 Hz (U.S.) or 220 volts/50 Hz (Europe). You hopefully just spend for the cost of shipping + a restocking fee;
2. Contact 3rd party Technics TT specialist like TopDJGear, Quality Electronics, Planet DJ or DJHardware
and inquire if they would supply you the part(s) that you need to convert the 1200 to a 1210; or
3. Offer a swap on eBay.

Hope this be of some idea/help. Pls post back how things turned out or should you need additional information.
