I need to get the display to read the date and time

1. Begin on the main sales screen
2. Press the purple MORE key twice
3. Choose OTHER SET UP from the display screen
4. Type in your password if applicable
5. Press the purple MORE key until the display reads SET DATE/TIME
6. Choose SET DATE/TIME from the display screen
7. Type in the date mm/dd/yyyy
8. Type in the time HH:MM:SS in Military Time
9. Press ENTER
10. Press the red CANCEL key

You log into the Phone administrator settings, Go to General, Select Date and Time and correct them for the entire phone system.
To Log Into System Programming:
1. Press FEATURE * * 2 6 6 3 4 4
2. Enter Password: 2 6 6 3 4 4 Display will read: " A. Configuration"
Using the navigation keys, as displayed below, follow the next simple steps:
3. Press: NEXT Display will read: "B. General Admin"

Your extension reads 102 because that is the extension #.
Press either the tranfer key or the " * " star key and your display will change to time and date or just the date.

Hey here is something you can use to adjust the time on your T7206.To Change the Time:
1. Press the CHANGE softkey Display will read: "Hour:
2. Press the CHANGE softkey Display will read: "Hour: _ "
3. Enter the new HOUR. (in 24-hour format - Ex.: 5:00pm = 17:00. Display will then read the new Hour programmed.
4. Press NEXT Display will read: "Minutes: # # "
5. Press the CHANGE softkey Display will read: "Minutes": _ "
6. Enter the new MINUTES.
To Change the Date:
1. Press NEXT Display will read: "Date DD MM YY"
2. Press the CHANGE softkey Display will read: "Year: # # "
3. Press the CHANGE softkey, (If the year is incorrect) Display will read: "Year: _ "
4. Enter the new YEAR Display will then read the new Year programmed.
5. Press NEXT Display will read: "Month: # # "
6. Press the CHANGE softkey, (If the month is incorrect) Display will read: "Month: _ "
7. Enter the new MONTH Display will then read the new Month programmed
8. Press NEXT Display will read: "Month: # # "
9. Press the CHANGE softkey, (If the day is incorrect) Display will read: "Day: _ "
10. Enter the new DAY Display will then read the new Day programmed

Select CHANGE. Display shows:

Cancel
Enter two digits for the hour. Chose AM or PM when Prompted.
Select NEXT.
The display shows:
Minutes: 00
Next Change
Enter the minutes.
Press the RLS button to end, or press NEXT to change the date.
The diplay shows:
Year: 99
Next Change
Enter the two-digit year.
Select NEXT and repeat to change the month and day.
Press the RLS key to save the time and date and exit programming.

• Enter password "23456" (ADMIN) or "72787" (SCPLUS).
• You will see "Terminals & Sets".
• Press "Next" five times.
• Press "Show"
• When you see "Hour", press "Change" or "Next" to skip.
• Type in the hour using military time as a 2 digit number.
• Press "Next".
• When you see "Minutes", press "Change" or "Next" to skip.
• Type in the minutes using a 2 digit number.
• Press "Next".

Date:

• When you see "Year", press "Change" or "Next" to skip.
• Type the year in 2-digit format.
• Press "Next".
• When you see "Month", press "Change" or "Next" to skip.
• Type the month in 2-digit format.
• Press "Next".
• When you see "Day", press "Change" or "Next" to skip.

Tap the TIME/DATE key to set the DATE. Your display will now show 09-14-2004. 7. To PRINT the DATE, depress the (#/S) key, your tape will show # 9.14.2004. Set TIME to 4:37 PM 1. Depress the C or C/CE key. Your display with show 0. and the tape will read 0.C. 2. Depress the TIME/DATE key and hold until the display is flashing. 3. Tap the TIME/DATE key to go to Time Mode. 4. Enter the hour, in our example 16 in military time. Your display will show 16. 5. Enter the minutes, in our example 37. Your display will show 1637. 6. Tap the TIME/DATE key to set the TIME. The date and time (and a lot more) are stored with every image. Any photo printing program should have an option for printing the date and time on the picture (or in the margin or even on the back if the printer is two-sided).
