Lens problem, bring it to service center for lens re allignment

Well, the only time i received that message is when I was holding the lens down with a finger while turning it on.

It could be jammed or when you turn it on, your finger or somthing is in way of it opening all the way.

Try helping the camera to retract using your fingers while you turn camera off, try also helping lens to full extent if they don't.if you do not succeed in this simple way the camera lens must be taken apart and reassembled at a repair shop.

Try these procedures.
