Hi, it's the keypad IC or the keypad itself. So you can check the keypad if there is dirts that is stopping the keypad from working. Or the keypad needs to be replaced.

After checking the keypad if the keypad still did not solve the problem,
You will have to replace the keypad IC inside the board of the phone.

Take care. .

How do i turn the phone on

Your cell phone probably has two "buttons" along the side. The larger one is typically a "rocker switch", meaning depressing one end raises the volume, pressing the other end lowers the volume. The other button is used to turn the phone on (among other functions.) Hold it down for five seconds, then release it. This may cause the phone to power up and provide a screen. Note that pressing the same button once likely shuts off the screen but does not power down the phone. You generally have to hold the button down until a power down menu appears, then select that from the screen. If this does not help, go to the manufacturer's website and look for the manual on that website. You generally have to know the brand and the model number. There is generally an identification of the model number in a phone menu.

One of the following two methods of programming "Preferred Line Assignment-Outgoing" should work depending on which Panasonic phone system your KX-T7433B phone is connected to. Try number one first, if PROGRAM 99 does not get you into station programming, try number 2.

1) Press PROGRAM button then dial 99 to enter station programming. Dial 1, then press INTERCOM button to select Intercom as your Preferred Line Assignment-Outgoing choice. Press AUTODIAL/STORE button to save programming. Press PROGRAM button to end station programming or lifthandset then replace in cradle to end station programming.

2) Press PROGRAM button then dial 19, press AUTODIAL/STORE button. Press INTERCOM button then AUTODIAL/STORE button. Press PROGRAM button to end station programming or lift handset and replace in cradle to end station programming.

Can't Switch Frequencies

Your radio needs to be programmed to match the radios at work. Currently your channel 3 frequency is the same as work, but your code on channel 3 is not. Here is a step by step explanation:

1) Turn on the WORK radio, watch the upper right corner of the screen. It will flash the frequency number, followed by the code number. Note these numbers.

2) Put your radio in programming mode by turning on the radio while holding down the PTT and MON buttons. Continue to hold these buttons until the 'noise' stops.

3) Press the MENU button once. Now, using the + or - buttons choose the frequency number.

4) Press the MENU button to lock in your frequency. This will take you to your CODE. Press the + or - button to choose your CODE.

5) Press your MENU button to lock in your CODE.

6) At this point you can walk through the rest of programming features or simply shut the radio off and begin using it. Note: You will know when you are at the end of the programmable features because it will chirp a different beep than you have been hearing when you've pressed the MENU button to lock in your new setting.
