SC 400 RICOH 2051

The board that controls it. Probably the IOB. Typically, the code is cause by a dirty ID sensor.

open the front door and left door, take out the drum unit after releasing the lock lever if look at the opening from the right you can see a black sensor unit facing inward towards drum clean its inner side with a dry cloth and put back everything it is the id sensor, machine should work now

SC 400 is a dirty toner mark sensor. Clean with alcohol, wiping with dry cloth causes static on sensor and attracts toner.

Hello sir; The error code you post out, it's means "transfer belt bias problem" that you have go to high voltage board ,I/O board or main board, before we go, why don't try make a reset;
1, press "clear mode" key, then enter 107 then press and hold down "clear/stop"..
2, turn power off and on.
