When i turn on my htc desire it gets past the htc logo screen but right after gets to the black screen with android logo on it and then gets stuck and keeps looping on that screen. please help

There must be an application creating that prob. most probably a third party software u have installed. u have to hard reset ur cell phone. consult user guide of ur cell for instructions
