Hi,
The "warts" are perfectly normal. The holes could be normal or it could be bugs or a worm. The bugs or the worm are often the very same green color as the leaves and are also undetectable. Check the undersizes of the leafs as that is often where they like to hide.

Should I plant in soil, when they become root bound...cut them back?? Did that with herbs and they died. My cherry tomato plant is flowering, but the base is packed with roots

Depends what you are planting. Most plants should be put in soil when purchased and before they become root bound. However sometimes when you get them, they are crowded in the container. If it's in a soft plastic container, lie it on its side and push down to loosen it. Then gently remove it from the container. Break the roots up at the bottom and loosen the soil there. Score through the roots, from midway to bottom on the 4 sides and gently, slightly separate them to spread them a bit for your hole. Make sure you have a small bump of dirt for that separated part to sit on so there are no big air gaps. Mix a root shock solution in water, and pour into your hole. Once that drains, plant your tomato or flower or whatever, making sure you pack the dirt down around it. Water it with more of the root shock mixture. Put some mulch, about an inch around the top of the plant to keep it from overheating. Water regularly and enjoy.

Why home grown tomotos might turn black on the bottom?

Here you go. I found this to help you out.

Tomato plants tend to develop blossom-end rot when they receive uneven amounts of moisture. For example, plants that go from being too dry to too wet, then back, are susceptible to the disease. To prevent this, water your tomatoes regularly. Removing affected fruit can prevent blossom-end rot from spreading to new tomatoes. Tomato plants need 1 inch of water per week, on average.

Wont shoot nail every time pin wont return all the way up

Some reasons the driver/piston assembly won't retract fully:
- damage to the o-ring (LB1003) around the piston
- cylinder (BA0165) is scored badly
- driver (EA0167) is bent, twisted or warped
- o-ring (LB1023) around bottom of cylinder (in groves & covering small holes) is stretched out or out of place.
- Seal (BC0492) at bottom of cylinder & under bumper is damaged or gone

I keep finding about 1/8 inch of water in the vegetable bins of my Whirlpool fridge, and 1/4 inch water below the bins. Why?

Remove the food and the ice maker from the freezer ( if equiped ) . Remove the rear freezer panel . Using a hair dryer , start in the middle , below the coils , defrosting , until you see the drain hole . Use hot water to help defrost the hole . Once water starts going thru the hole , use a small hose inserted into the hole , and blow thru , to remove any unseen debris in the drain line . Use an ALUMINUM or COPPER solid wire , 14-16 guage , with the insulation completely off , and insert one end into the drain hole as far as possible without any force . Wrap the other end about 1 1/2 to 2 turns , around the black rod (defrost heater) , above the hole . When refrig goes into defrost , the heat will transfer from the heater , to the wire , keeping the hole from freezing up again .

Hello. Your key may be worn out or your ignition switch, the hole you insert the key into may be worn out. Replace both at any reputable lock smith shop. Jjoe

Bottom of it always fills up with water

They overlooked a few small details on these when they went into production. Clean any debris out and drill a few 1/4 inch holes around the perimeter of the lower casing. Be very careful not to hit the coils. If you evin nick them you will puncture them and loose the charge. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Ice is forming in the bottom of my freezer, blocking the drain hole, and dripping water into the refrigerator. We defrosted it, and it worked fine for 2 weeks. Now it's doing it again. The drain hole is...

Defrost the drain again and use an aluminum wire , maybe 14-16 guage ,inserted into the drain hole approx 4 inches and wrap about 1 turn of the top end of the wire around the calrod defrost heater , This wire , will transfer heat from the heater to the drain hole , keeping it from freezing up again . Also , once cleared , use a small hose and blow into the drain to remove any debris possibly accumulated . Do this before installing the wire .
