Ether the tape is cought inside the camera or the eject motor is not releasing the tape inside try the following
1. Take battery out
2, put it back in and press the eject but with the camera up to your ear.
If you hear it trying to eject the tape got ate inside the unit best thing here to do is take it to a camera shop have them extract the tape.

SOURCE: Eject is flashing with fast beeps. Won't eject tape or open compartment.
sad to say that the problem of your camera is the timing gear is already damage....it need to disassembly the camera to fix the timing gear....go to the qualified service center for fixing or replacing the timing gear..
SOURCE: a beeping noise goes off, when i put in a tape
If your recorder is suffering from condensation problems then an icon in the shape of a teardrop will appear on the LCD and there will be a beep or beeping. Just beeping and the eject is being done to protect the tape. What it's actually protecting the tape against isn't explained but it could be tape slack or broken or an outright fault within the the recorder. The beeping could be an RF problem, meaning the heads are still dirty. Perhaps a word with a local tech who may have come across the same problem because you're not the only one with it.
SOURCE: camera won't record a certain tape
either the tape is sticky or is hard to take the reel. that's why it's beeping.
SOURCE: SOny CCD-TRV52 camera won't eject tape.
Did try disconnecting battery or AC adapter and wait a few minutes then install power and turn on .See if it will eject
