Just go to control panel and find Regional and Language settings. There you need to change your computer language to English. Click on APPLY and OK. Done
you must go into control panel, click on REGIONAL AND LANGUAGES, then click on the languages tab. make sure to install the US/English language, and make it default languagethen reboot computer.

In the next window, click the Plus(+) sign next to manuals and scroll to the English Manual. When you read it, go to "System Recovery" if the left column and click. in the right column, You will see you need a USB external DVD drive. Reading further will tell you how to install the OS. If the system will allow you to change the language, it will be when you install a new OS.
Go to control panal ( you have to use your memory because you cant understand the language ) then click on 地方和语言选择 it will open a new window . Then in the tab look for 格式 then select english or 英语 in 当前格式 option .
