I have a Disney Princess 13" color television, and I cannot get cable channels to work. I read the insturction manual, but get confussed at "ATV AIR" or ATV CATV" or "DTV AIR" or "DTV CATV"..I did hit memorize channels for everyone of the above..and all I get is 2 channels...no parental control on either...what should I be doing inoder to receive all the cable channels? I did check the security of the connections....thank you for helping a very sad 8 year old...

I finally found out how to reset the V-chip password on this princess DT1350-P Tv. All you have to do is turn the TV on and turn to a channel that doesn't prompt the V-chip password (even if it's snowy) and hold down the volume (down -) button on the main unit while holding down the number "0" on the remote control. It might take a few tries, and you might need to change the TV channel for some reason but if done correctly, either the TV will turn off, or the menu screen will pop up and ask if you want to set the vchip password, either way you should be able to watch your TV now! :)

You've tried all the codes for your TV, but you still cannot get the remote control to operate your TV.

1. Turn on your TV.
2. On the remote control, press TV once.
3. Then press and hold SETUP until the TV key blinks twice, then release the SETUP key.
4. Using the number pad, enter 9-9-1. The TV key will blink twice.
5. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate between pressing Power and TV. Stop when the TV turns off after pressing the POWER key. This means that a working code has been found.
6. Press the SETUP key once to lock in the code. The TV key will blink twice.
