check first if your printer can copy well. try to photocopy a document. and if it copies well, that means, its a problem on the part of the receiever, if it does not copy well, that means the scanner of your unit has a problem.
place the document in side, by the left hand top you will see copy, with two different buttons one is coloured and the other, click on the coloured to get coloured document and click on the black to give you black and white, just once and make sure there is paper in the feeder, thanks
