If it just can't play web videos, maybe it is because your video player lacks the codec to play web videos. You can try some other free media player programs, such as such as Leawo Blu-ray Player and VLC.

I think its not with hardware its with your browser and its plugins. If you wanna play web videos you must have installed flash player plugin to your browser. Otherwise it won't play. So now you know what to do.

I have installed new video card in my dell dimension 8200 pc but now i get a error plug and play error how do i fix it it is very annoying

You need to install the right drivers for your video card. If a CD came with the video card that should have the drivers on it. If you do not have the CD then goto the manufacturer's web site for the drivers. If you have the drivers installed check for any updates at the manufacturer's web site too.

I can't get any web player to stay full screen. Youtube, Megavideo, JWplayer, tvdex, hulu, the list goes on. Please help. It isn't fixed by changing the accelerate video settings thing.

If megavideo is full "web browser" page size click the image/player after you hit the green play button and the video is playing, then it opens a new window with the small player in it, then hit the only dark grey button that falls down screen that says like "cinema on" to turn it off and make the player show, play the video, and now you can full screen it and keep it full screened! If plugin questions keep popping up it's because spam ads or the video itself needs you to keep pushing yes.

How to turn ON video and audio on my Dell Computer (Optiplex 740) Windows XP professional 2002 OS

The video and audio needs drivers - if you have drivers - simply insert the media - [ CD with the stuff on it] into the CD or DVD tray and it will play.
You may have to download the drivers from Dell's main web pages - go to www.dell.com and read - you will see what to do there.

I had 795FT and I instaaled now 995FT and first I'd like to change the monitor that the pc will know that the monitor is 995FT and seconed to install the driver that I do'nt have

If you have windows Xp or later , You have Plug and Play system at your disposal. With the computer running un-plug the monitor from the video card and re plug in the monitor , the Plug and Play system should pick up on the monitor. the driver for the monitor will be one the Monitor manufacturer's web site/ or on the video card manufacturer's web site.

When I try to watch video tutorials or utube I get stalls

It is because the web browser has to pre load some of the video before playing it. If your internet isn't fast enough the video pauses while it loads the next section. Try pausing the video and waiting a minute or two before playing it.
