Thermador are top of the range appliances and they don't expect you to repair them yourself, you call for a service engineer. Service manuals are hard to come by. There is a service manual for a wall oven and the control panel may be similar. They look to have mounting clips. The buttons are proximity detectors, so not conductive.
Please contact a qualified professional for this job. I would not recommend doing this on your own. The unit has to completely come out and the control board is not easily accessible. Leave it the professionals.

much beter to call an technician coz the glass ceramic is no warnaty,if u get wrong instalation or broke the glass u waste ur money,call the person have an expertise for that.dont try to fix by it ur self.coz if the technician fix it,u get an assurance for the waranty if may happen during instalation.
