You must call your IT department - or whoever set up the phone. This phone does not have a built-in answering machine/voicemail. A seperate server is required... and password is set by whomever set it up originally.
Thanks!!
Have you tried:::
120000
1020000
10020000

Thank you for your response. If you read my original question, you will see that I tried 120000 and it does not work. I tried 266344 and it does not work for getting to into the System Administrator. 266344 works for changing an individual mailbox, which I have no trouble doing. It is the MAIN Auto-Attendant message that needs to change and which I can't access.

To Reset a Mailbox Password:
1. Log into system administration
2. Select the softkey under "MBOX"
3. Select the softkey under "Chng"
4. Enter the mailbox number you want to reset the password for
5. The display shows "Reset Password"
6. Select the softkey under "RESET"
7. Press the release key
*The new password will be "0000", the system will ask the user to change this the first time they log into their mailbox using this password.
OR this below.
You will require the admin password to access the voice mail programming. If you don't know it or it has been lost, please contact a qualified installer in your area to have it reset. Passwords are not divulged in this forum.
Once you gave gained access to the admin mailbox. you can change the displayed name:
Press MBOX > ChNG > Enter the mailbox number >Press OK > if you need to reset the mailbox password press RESET > Press OK until the name is displayed and then using the keypad spell the new name (LAST,FIRST).
To chane the greeting: Log into the mailbox > Press ADMIN > 1 to change the spoken name > GREET to change the actual greeting. Again a password is required.
Again please contact a qualified installer in your area if you are having difficulty.

Thank you for responding, but this is not the problem that I am having. I need to change the master greeting for our Auto Attendant, not for an individual mailbox. That I know how to do. It is the SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR password that is not working. The 120000 that is supposed to work does not, so I need to know how to reset it so that it will.

Usually these devices come with a reset button but even the reset button most times dont reset the password. You are having these problems because someone has changed the default password to another password. It will be advisable to send the unit to the local distributorship as that is the best way you can get the system reset with the use of advanced programming software.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

This is not the answer to the question that I have. The problem is that I cannot log into the System Administrator. That is the password that I need to reset. I know how to reset a regular mailbox. I need to change the master greeting and need to log into the System Administrator for that, but the 120000 does not work. I need to know how to reset it so that it will.
Sending it out for service is not the answer I was looking for. I am sure there is a way to reset the password back to the 120000 default.
Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, this did not work either. I am still getting INVALID PASSWORD.
Tried this answer from another person and it does not work.
Does not work.
If you read my original problem, you will see that I did try 120000 and it does not work.
It appears the person who set up our phone system did some unique changes that can't be altered. I believe your experts won't have an answer for me, based on the responses.
Again, all I get is "INVALID PASSWORD" when I try to enter the System Administrator function. I can't get to the point of what you are showing.
