It depends on the level of discharge of the battery and the rate of amperage charge generated by the charger. If possible check the fluid level (acid/water) in the battery. If it is too low the battery will not accept a charge. If you add water (distilled) to the battery you charge at a low amperage charge rate if possible. A fully discharged battery may take 12 - 24 hours to reach full charge.
Hi Susan, I repair power wheel chairs, Its possible that your chair has a bad battery on it , all p/chairs have 2 batteries. And even though you show a full charge one battery may have a bad cell in it you need to get both batteries load tested . I think you my find one of them bad. take them out of chair and have them tested. You can get replacement batteries , and have yours tested at a store that sells batteries only, look in yellow pages for a battery store . Good luck, Erik
please check your ampire such as 1024 mah? if not please change your battery? for use many days then mobile battery become weak day by day. and another tips is please recharge your battery when the battery indicator come 1 level. and don't try short circuit of your battery. never charge from DC current. thanks
1. Bad battery 2. Loose wire connection 3. Firmware or program
The fact that "the battery shows full even though its not", I could say that the problem has something to do with the electrical wiring (could be the battery or loose wire).
If you're planning to reformat the device, I would suggest to contact the manufacturer. Because once you reformat it, the default program would be erased.
hi there we swapped the battery over the old battery had enough power to play games but not enough to update even though it was showing full battery we have now bought a new battery mant thanks for your time
I get this problem with my Sagem my220x too. I called the Sagem helpline and the fix they gave does work: you need to take the battery out and put it back in again. They said to take it out, recharge it (even though I just had done!) and then put it back - but I find it works ok just to take it out and replace it. Something about the connection...? Hope this helps.
