you can reset your security code by using a software named UNLOCK ME you can download it and install it on your s60 phone , i have tested it on nokia n70 and it works well

1.download the software and install it
2.start the program
3.on the left hand press option then press choose Unlock!
4.it takes about 5 minutes to find your lock code when the program biped it means that it founded your security code and it will show your security code at the bottom of the program

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.

Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
