it is not really the letter C but the symbol of the outer rim of the plug that goes into DVD player.[C+] means that the outer shell of THE PLUG is negative (-) with the INSIDE being positive (+) with respect to a battery. [C-] again, the outer connection is (+) pos., inner connection (-) neg.
Look for power rating, as an EXAMPLE ( 5v at 1.5a [5 volts at 1.5 ampers]

Durabrand codes are very difficult to find, only few codes are public, as this manufacturer is not listed on universal remotes user manuals.
You can find few codes on discussion groups, often they do not work. The requests usually stay unanswered:

If you purchase a Philips URC remote, then... the code for your Insigina television will be one of the following: 0911, 0520, 0323, 0115, 0914, 0213, 0318, 1416, 0247, 0504 and the code for a Durabrand DVD will be one of these: 0546, 0142, 0246, 1210, 1310, 1410, 1510, 1610 You can visit the Philips URC Code lookup webpage at www.urc.philips.com, but these codes may only work on Philips replacement remotes. If you purchase a universal remote from a different manufacturer, it should come with a listing of all codes for devices by type and manufacturer.

I wish I had the code, but no. If it is forthcoming then it will be via a hacker, or someone who gets lucky. I just got an email back from lenoxx customer service (the guys who made the 1002 ... at least, the one I have) and they have gone bankrupt:
