Has it had a new battery recently? Some of these watches need to be reset properly in order for them to work right, if it has had a new battery this could be your problem.

You can get a full set of instructions from their web site. Go to http://uk.nixonnow.com/mens-watches/ and scroll down the list of watches until you find it (inear the bottom!) .
Click on the watch and a detailed veiw of the watch will appear. At the bottom of the page you will see "download instructions", click on this and the instructions will be downloaded.
