We have an Epic 550 treadmill and the TV is upside down. When we first got it the TV was fine but we must have down something to get it upside down and no clue what we did! HELP!

RUN the software calibration, and test the machine

adjust the REED swtich, test it for open or faulty, clean it , and tight the plug very well. see the diagram attached.
Plug the ribbon cable for keypads very well, and clean it.

I do not know how strong experience do you have in electronic.

But the problem is very simple.

You must inverted the wires plug in the yoke of the picture tube.and Ready.Of course I am supporting the fact that everything is right in the electronics(inputs).

As you know any Set of TV, has 4 input signal to the CRT, 1)Audio 2)Video 3)Vertical Osc 4)HV or horizon the 2+3+4 signal is coming to the Yoke to TV CRT.

Please Do with very carefully and patience for to avoid electrical shock.

Did you make sure the incline is completely down? I had a similar problem and then realized the incline was on 2. I recalibrated and then it latched fine.

push it forward before trying to pull knob and make sure the incline is at the lowest level.

check and see if you incline is down to zero if not this problem occurs or the or plug it in and if the incline reset itself then it should be o k if not you may have to do a calibration on it

Check to see if the motor is spinning. If not spinning, then use a voltmeter to find out the voltage of power going to the motor that spins the belt. See if you can rotate it by hand.

There is a knob on the support bar behind the treadbelt deck. Give the deck a little push up, then pull the knob out and lower it.
