Most likely you have a fualty power supply and this is common with new flat panel tv's, since these circuts run at high voltages they become defective by the heat and daily use, check online auction sites for your tv model parts listing, this is the most inexpensive way to find the part you need.
Not getting a red light indication that it's even plugged in to ac. Cord is ok and fuse is ok.
