The display on my Logitech Harmony 880 remote no longer works. The remote is still usable, but it is much harder to use when you don't know which activity is which, etc. It used do this intermittently, but now it is like that all the time. I tried refreshing the programming on the remote, which also resets it, but that didn't help.

Note that Logitech no longer offers login to the old Harmony website. You will now need to download Harmony software to your PC or an app to your tablet or smartphone etc., and program the Harmony 880 via that.

well..that's an issue..most of these small device folks have no strategy for this sort of thing..only suggestion is find one that's been blown internally, disassemble it, and swap the screens. welcome to the new disposable electronic strategy

Hi. The Harmony 880's have a common problem with the charger not being able to charge the remote after a while. This is a common problem and you are certainly not alone. However, there is good news.

If the remote is still under warranty, then you can get it replaced by calling Logitech.

If it is not under warranty, you can buy a new charger by calling 1-800-231-7717. They are only USD $10.

If your remote is programmed correctly but no longer controls any of your devices, then most likely your LED IR emitters have burned out.
