Retrieve erased message. A 101 year old lady received a message from her son. Once she heard the message, I erased it. She is very upset because she wanted to hear the sound of her son's voice over again. He does not have time now to leave another message. No messages have been recorded after that one. Is there a way to still retrieve that one? She is stressing and her blood pressure is going up.

Check your manual for the undelet, or un erase feature. If it doesn't have the feature, you can't get it back, sorry.

Erased messages - digital recovery?

Sorry, the digital memory can't be restored ones the power is cut or the messages are erased. Some high tech lab somewhere FBI/CIA maybe just maybe could do it but no noting we can do about it.

you can try a old trick of holding down the play button for 10 or more seconds.

I'm really sorry.

How can i retrieve deleted messages from my straight talk prepaid phone?

If you are referring to Voicemail messages, your only bet is to contact Straight talk and see if they save them for a period of time after you delete them. Same may go for text msg's as well. Not all companies will save them once you delete them. Usually once you delete them off the device, they are gone, however, I have heard of some companies saving them for a period of time (like 30 days) once you delete them aka archiving them. If they don't archive them for later retrieval then sadly you may be SOL.... :( Good Luck! Hope this was useful!

Alcatel

Sorry for negative response. Normally speaking you cannot retrieve anything once it has been erased. The traditional "Waste Basket" is not accessable. But if you can find a twelve year old whiz kid - who knows?

I accidentally deleted a video

you may get software to try and look for the deleted files (if they were actually written to the SD in the first place) the data in files are usually not deleted until something write over the data. its only marked as free space.

but if it is lost. dont be upset. you will end up with many many hours of videos and pictures of your child :) one single lost xmas video will mean nothing in the long run

Help

sorry it sounds like the folder may be lost forever.once you pressed the record button, the recorder knew it as a new recording in that folder.look at it like a answering machine going out message. if you made a mistake, and you wanted to record a new message, the old message would be erased.if your folder was on a cassette recorder, you would have only erased those few seconds.
sorry
