It is possible that your projector has the syncronisation fault in the video processor section. There is a possiblity that the chip is faulty or the corresponding allied cirrcuits have sprung up with some passive component weakness. What you can do is to open the set and warm up the areas near the main chip . Switch on the projector and if you notice the roll had stopped try do it to specific components and finally to the main IC .Replace when you are confirmed but attempt only if you are experienced or seek help to replace. Hope this helps. Good day

Intermitant loss of picture

The problem looks like a mainboard problem if you have checked all the cable connections going from your source to the projector. If you are yet to confirm the cables, then u should try to check the connections by putting a spare VGA / video cable

I have a PT-AX200U projector, I have noticed that the picture is diming intermitently

how may hours has your lamp done?
if you have crossed more than 1500 hours , u may need to change the lamp.
the problem could however be that of the signal cable which could be intermittent and causing similar fault.
check if the same problem is seen in all inputs!

IXD 420U projector takes a long time to project and has pink ima

If possible, try to replace the VGA cable between the projector and the computer. A bent or broken pin, or a damaged wire, can prevent the blue or green (or both) portions of the picture from being displayed. The result is a reddish/pinkish picture.

As for the long time to project an image, this could be an extended warm-up time. How old is the bulb in the projector? Does the projector have an option to display the hours used and/or remaining on the bulb? Bulbs do have a finite life, and when they near the end of their service life, they can become more difficult to start.

Hope this helps!

My JCV av-65wp55 I have a issue when I turn it on it works fine for a while then the picture startes rolling with lines going accross the screen. I can turn it off and wait a while and the picture comes...

A number of this type of JVC projectors had issues with defective soldering to a large capacitor on the pc board in the power supply which could cause such an intermittent prob. Some models also had a similar issue, but one lead of the capacitor was actually broken when inserted at the factory. You would need a tech to look at this, unless you are capable.

Rolling picture

Have you tested the source machine on another TV or projector. The picture might be rolling before it gets to the projector so you need to verify whether it is the source machine or the content then you might be able to determine if it is the actual projector. Sounds like the vertical sync has got lost somewhere.
Hope that helps. Also we can supply lamps for this model if you ever need.

Picture is Rolling..stops after some warm-up

I have seen this many times. There is a 9 volt regulator on the small signal board that causes this. The regulator goes bad and the 9 volts starts dropping, especially at start-up when the regulator is cold. If the voltage is below 8 volts then the picture gets dark and the vertical becomes unstable, with the picture squeezing down and/or rolling. As the regulator warms up the voltage starts rising back towards 9 volts and the symptoms start clearing up. There are 3 regulators in a row on the board and the regulator in the middle is always the bad one. Replacing that regulator should cure your problems but it should be replaced by someone experienced in servicing Mitsubishi projection TV's because pulling the chassis out is quite tricky.
