I got a toshiba big screen tc model# 65h14. problem is that it recently started to turn or by itself but the red power ligth on the tv stay on, but flashes.. wont turn on unless the plug is pull out n replug. sumtimes it'll play 4 30mins n then turn off sumthimes longer or shorter. is there a setting that was change to make this happen or what?? tv is abut 2+yrs old now. when it' on the color n picture is fine.

Unfortunately, this usually means that there is a problem with the power supply to the tv. I would advise you do not continue to unplug and replug the set as you may cause an internal short.

You will need a technician to attend to the set (Do NOT remove the back or attempt to access the internal workings of the set unless you want to become crispy fried human!)

On average, replacing the internal power supply components will set you back around $200 or so.

I have the exact same problem with my Toshiba, can someone please help with a solution.
