hi, has the seal been replaced?if not use an old tooth brush and clean it with tooth paste it will clean off the mould, if the seal has been replaced check around the rim for a drain holle it may have been fitted wrong, some dont have drain holes hope this helps
Hi, This is a very simple and straight forward job. First turn off the washing machine and remove the plug from the wall and earth the plug on the cabinet of the machine to remove any residule current in the machine. Remove the top of the machine with the screws at the rear of the machine. You can now look in the top? Open the door and take off outer door seal clip ( look and you will see how ) If it is a plastic clip it will have a small cut out in the side for a small screwdriver to be put in a pushed open. It could even be a small spring that is laying in side the small lip of the door seal. You could now attempt the removal of the door seal if you can see the inner clamp to get a long screwdriver onto the screw! If not now remove the soap drawer. Remove screws from around the soap drawer and slide the facia to the right and it should all be off.. Then you can remove the three screws that hold the front on along the top and the same along the bottom edge of the front panel. This then will allow you to take off the front panel and have better access to the door seal. Then once you have replaced the door seal you just need to replace as you took off..
Good luck................
It dpends. see if you can see any staining on front of cabinet under the door , if you can then yes it will mean new seal.
Another source of water could be water from the dispenser trickling down the front of the m/c.
Another possibility is that you have a leak from under the front of the washer. Put a piece of newspaper under the front of the washer, this should enable you to pinpoint the source of the leak.
Hope this helps

Push the top cover to the rear and lift at the same time, then ease the control panel to the right, you will not get control panel off with the top cover in place.
This will then give you access to the front panel scews, located at the top and bottom of the panel. remove the door seal ,and door lock, then lift the front panel away.
Hi.
You need to remove the front console panel and then the front panel to change the door seal.
Pull the dispenser drawer out and remove the screws.
Slide the console panel to the right and support it while you remove the rfont panel.
Change the seal, and reassemble in reverse order.
hi this is a ten minute job take your lid off your machine and then take you soap drawer out there are 2 screws in the behind the soap drawer undo these unclip the top board as you look in side the machine and put the fasia in a safe place now you will have two screws on the top of machine from where you just took the facia off and 2 underneath the bottom by removing the plastic kicker plate undo these and open the door to the right you will see 2 screws that hold the interlock in remove these and then remove the band around the door seal normally metal with spring now lift the front of the machine upwards and that will be the front off now unclip the door seal from inside and check for holes if ok soak in bleach over night and rinse in the morning try some descaler to remove and limescale when you use machine again total 10 screws to undo really easy goodluck and please leave feedback
unless you are really bored don't try it ..front side not bad but inside where it mounts onto outer tub can be a big black bear ..little space to work and rear band even tougher
tear in the door seal, will probably need new seal - had this a few times, apparently usually caused pulling large loads out in a clump pulls and tears at the seal
