I'm sorry but I guess I don't understand your "prepaid" terminology here. If you upgraded the Trial version that possibly came on a new retail version and you need to reinstall it to make it a full version. You can actually take your "upgrade" key and download a trial from Micrsoftt:http://us1.trymicrosoftoffice.com/default.aspx, download whatever version you have and insert your key when requested. This will activate it as a full copy.

You will need to either Call Microsoft and get a full version key and replace the key for the "prepaid edition" or go to a retail store and get a full copy with DVD install and do a clean install after deleting the OPrepaid version.

How can i convert ms office 2007 to 2003 without using a converter?
I assume you are trying to convert a file into Office 2003. When you open a file in 2007, simply use the Save As... menu selection. When the window comes up click the drop down menu and choose Office 2003 file. It will then give your file the standard .doc, .ppt, .xls, etc. extension.
