Make sure the fluid level is topped off. If it's ok then the torque converter is gone.

Disconnect linkage. Remove differiental lock housing located on right side of transaxle. Ck for repair issuses. Ck sliding gear, spring engagement, etc

The fuse box will be on the right side of the machine if you are sitting in the seat facing forward. Where the sheet metal goes out to meet the fender there will be a square panel held on with 2 or 4 screws. The fuses are located behind that panel which faces forward.
