Although you may not noticed, there may be a slight leak somewhere within the tube. Take some dish soap, and roll the tube and see if any air bubble comes out of the trim area, if there are tiny bubbles coming out, then its time for a new one.

I have a ford windstar 2001 it sputters or chugs at idle. Sometimes I have to shut it off a few times for it to stop. Any ideas?

Is the check engine light on? I really need more info on your veh. Eng. size, etc. You might have a look at the cold air intake tube, It could have a crack in it or be loose where it mounts to throttle body or air cleaner( could be drawing cold air in where it's not suppose to)If you can get me more details we can get to the bottom of your troubles, Hope this helps, Randy 6/2/15 Hi Shannon, Ok you had it checked and they said it was a sensor, If you can get me that code# we may be able to get to the bottom of your problem. Also just a little advise, I have been a mechanic for 40 years when it comes to Drivability Problems(check engine light) Please don't take your vehicle to AutoZone or any other "PARTS" store that calms to be able to diagnose your check engine light, Remember what they do, they sell parts....95% of the time the check engine light comes on is because of a emission related problem, meaning fuel related, ignition related, timing related. And some of these can be extremely costly to your engine, RE: Catastrophic engine failure. 1 injector or even a coil on plug going bad can destroy your engine, The auto parts store don't have the knowledge or tech. training to diagnose Drivability problems. They will read codes with a code reader not a scanner and then give you a piece of paper on how to repair it. Drivability techs spend yrs of training and money to diagnose these problems in todays cars. Just a little piece of mind take it to an expert.

My 2001 econoline van stopped blowing air through the air ducts.A/c's working great, but no air flow.

Either the blower isn't working or the air mixer box is faulty (usually a loose or broken wire or small air tube came off). Sometimes a linkage comes off or brakes.

I have Jacuzzi whirpool, and used for 10 years. now even push air switch to blow air through jets, but they do not work. What parts or where I should check it up to find anything wrong ??

The tubing is most likely swollen and loose or even fallen off the bottom of the air switch or off of the back of blower motor. Time to replace tubing.

Starts turns on for 10sec turns off starts again step on gas pedal but turns off replaced gas filter

Check the large diameter tube going from the intake manifold to the mass air flow sensor. Sometimes this tube vibrates loose depending on if the last person that worked on it remembered to tighten the clamp holding it on.

Outside temp is reading 135 degrees car shakes when u break have new breaks and rotors and shuts off when going in to turns or break for a period of time

Check your air intake tubes if there even slightly loose your car will stall also if it has the (MAF) MASS AIR FLOW SENSOR on the intake it could be the problem this is around $50-100 bucks. But it sounds like the air intake tubes are loose you may also would want to change the air filter it could be dirty and plugged up,

Good Luck!

06 hummer sun roof drain hose is draining into passenger side floor board, hose has come loose in front panel

doesn't mean it came loose, it could be plugged. Mine did the same thing. I had to use compressed air into the hole in the catch pan of the sunroof and blow the tubes clean, but then had to remove paneling around sunroof to reconnect tubes after the air separated the tubes from the sunroof. It was no big deal, but took a little time.

1993 eagle talon with 2L non torbo rough idling

This is a two part problems.

Part 1

Intake manifold and vacuum lines leak. It will take time to locate.
Carb, cleaner trick can save you 1/2 the time.

Part 2

Air intake tube leak.
It's easier to fix.

Locate air flow sensor.

Your problem can be the plastic tube between air flow sensor and engine intake opening.

The ECU computer read the air temp and density but the leaky tube ADDED more air and colder temp air into the engine.

WRONG data to ECU!

Seal the tube then take on the vacuum when you have time.

MAP and TPS can also be at fault.

GE 27GT722 Picture problem

Regarless of the reason I will give you ,call a service tech for an estimate since is the safe way to correct the problem. First when you loose the pix put your forearm in the face of picture tube and if the hair in your arm stands up is a good sign because you are not loosing high voltage to the picture tube but if the hair does not stand up it means the crt looses high voltage and for that you need a service tech to troubleshoot. The other reason might not be as expensive If you have high voltage by doing the previus test it might just be a loose conection in the crt board.Do not remove the back cover unless you know what are you doing. Is not safe.
