Album art I've figured out how to put album art on my iriver x20 by using mtp mode. It worked the first time, where all the art was sorted properly. I then accidentally deleted all my music and had to resync it via wmp 11. Now all the album art is mixed up, with incorrect album art for different songs. This has happened twice, even with me not synching everything at once, but artist/album by artist/album.

U can use the other mode to put the album art on it too....
just drag and drop the album art using wmp 11...
if that doesn't work the slow way is to use iriver plus 3 and add it manually.
i suggest organising your files by placing albums into individual folders with their album art...
u can also use other programs like itunes or winamp to add album art...

Iriver clix2 1st gen

I would download the free program known as Media Monkey. The program will read the files that are on the Clix and allow you to edit the properties of each song so that the album art will be associated properly with each song. Warning: this will take a long time- each song has to be edited.

Another option si that you can check the iRiver website to see if they have a firmware update which resolves the album art transfer issue.

Album Art not showing up on player

Connect mp3 player to computer
Open Windows Media Player
Go to Sync tab
A list of the songs on your mp3 player should show up
Right click the songs, and go to advanced tag editor - change the album art for each song

One more thing to keep in mind for the Sansa e200 series:
For correct Album Work functionality, the album art and associated music file may
need to be located in the same folder. See preloaded content as an example.

Getting album art onto player

You open iriver plus3, right click on the song you want the album artwork for and click properties. Before this you have to get tha album artwork and put it into documents or something. Now see the picture of a square and click on the button on the left. Now open the picture of the album artwork you want and now click save tag on the bottom right of the property box.

I hope it works for u!!!!

How do i add album art to iriver x20?

if your using wmp11 you should just be able to drag and drop.
if not right click the song/album and go to advanced tag editor, pictures and then add manually.

half the time it just wont come up because the tag doesn't read properly and the other half the album art that wmp11 downloads and applys automatically will come up!

its kind of up to chance! if you're lucky it works if not live with it its the X20!

ps the iriver plus 3 and itunes also can apply album art

GoGear SA3345

I have a different GoGear model (6330), but the same problem. So the solution I found may work for you, too. In my case using WMP or Rhapsody, album art was being placed in a folder on the device called Albums, when it needs to be under Music in the same folder as the album it goes with. Album art files should always be called "Album Art.jpg" and are 170 x 170 pixels. They can be manually copied or moved to the correct location by just opening the GoGear as a "drive" in Windows Explorer. Hope this helps!

Iriver X20- playlists and videos

yeah, basically all i did was change my settings to MTP.
then i went into internal hardrive (just in normal usb mode)
i selected the songs i wanted and right-clicked (make sure to do this one one of the songs you selected) in the options that come up it should say "create playlist" (in bold) i clicked that, it wouldn't let me rename the playlist... but it worked fine... and now they come up in the right place, i didn't even use Iriver plus 3.
