I have v5 software and the hash key does not activate/deactivate silent mode. Any suggestions. I am currently stuck in silent mode and can find no way of turning ringing back on
Hi, have you tried enter setup then profile then select general this should then set your phone back to normal if not then instead of going to general go to silent and change the settings under the silent profile, like turn ringtone on and select ringtone. Try the first option first as this is quick and easy failing than then just change the settings under the silent profile then you can even change the name from silent to general then you can change one of the other profiles to silent so try it then get back to me if you need further assistance ok
