Please can you tell me where I can get replacement crystals for this watch. This was a gift from my family and two of the crystals are missing. Many thanks Catherine

There are a couple of things to look at first. If it has a date displ;ayed on the face, the magnifier on the crystal appears like a small bubble on the crystal. If it's flat, it's probably a knockoff. Rolex also laser etches a tiny image of their logo on the crystal next to the crown. You'll need a magnifier to see it. If it's missing it's fake. If it has a see through back it's fake. Last, check the serial # against the Rolex on-line database of serial #s'.
Thank you for contacting FixYa.
You can try contacting Relic at this link to see where to send for a replacement: http://www.relicbrand.com/contact.htm
You can also try a local watchmaker. Depending on the crystal, most can be cut to fit and the price varies depending on the type of crystal, difficulty, etc. Take to a local shop for estimate.
Hope this helps!

You need to find a qualified watchmaker to correct this problem.
If the movement was replaced twice the same problem would not be happening again and again unless there is something you are doing that puts the watch in some kind of field to magnetize it or the place you took it to did not really do anything.
My guess is they did not do anything since you say they oiled the crystals. Just oiling a watch will not solve this problem. A qualified watchmaker would know this.
Hmmmm If the watch is still working then its probably okay. Did you get the crystal and bezel fixed yet? If not then please do so soon! Moisture will get into the movement and create rust and/or corrosion!
Obviously I cant see the watch but Movado watches usually use a plastic gasket to hold the crystal in. Most of the time those hold with no problems but occasionally they might not be placed in correctly. Movado will probably not cover that under warranty.
