Try visiting the manufacturer of your webcams website.

Companies will host drivers for their products here, which once installed should have everything working fine.

"NPS" is "new pc suite", there is a new suite available and that is why you are getting this error message, Just go to the
http://www.samsungmobile.com/
select "your country" and choose "support" option and then select "software and manuals", then download the pc suite after selecting your model number.

i have to install PC studio in my PC but when i tried it shown that my PC does not have NPS therefore it can not be installed. tell me how to install NPS.

to install your software to your pc, NPS, try to follow these steps. please take note that you don't need to connect your phone first during installation. if your phone is connected to your pc, disconnect it.
for xp operating system:
1. insert the cd to your computer...
2. enable autoplay for your cd / dvd rom drive
3. select appropriate language
4. select ''install pc suite''
5. once finished, select the finish tab

for vista operating system,
>>do the same as the above steps, if ask to run as administrator select yes.
>>after installation, uncheck run pc studio automatically after finish.
>>select install usb driver
>>click yes if prompted to run as administrator,
>>after installation, remove the cd, run NPS, and connect your phone.
>>if your phone can not be seen by NPS, do these,
on your NPS, click menu, select settings, select connection, check usb cable com1 or com 2 port select ok, and let your pc studio recognize your phone.

for windows seven, though the NPS doesn't support it right now. you can do the following tricks,
1. insert the cd, don't enable autoplay
2. browse your NPS cd, look for the setup for NPS..
3. once located, right click the setup.exe, select properties,
4. select compatibility,
5. check run in compatibility mode on win xp, win vista.
6. check run as administrator
>>during installation, if prompted that the installation was not successful it will give you an options, select install with recommended settings.

the trick also, if you can't install your samsung studio, you may do these...

on your phone, press menu,then select settings, select phone settings, scroll down and it will give you pc connections, select ask on connections, save and exit.
now, connect your phone to your computer, it will ask you what connection do you prefer, on your phone, press memory card, it will install your memory card as mass storage device, open it your my computer, you will see your memory card there, you can now, drag and drop files from your computer to your memory card.

Uninstall the only the NPS once and not the drivers of the USB or anything else, then install again let the Cd remain in the cd drive and try to open NPS. Your Issue will be resolved

try to do these steps..
1. run and install samsung pc suite on your computer.
2. after a successful installation, connect your phone through usb
3. on your pc suite, select tools, select phone book manager
4. synchronize your phone to the pc,
5. once sychronized, create a back up of your contacts,
6. select from the drop down list csv extension file. press okay and it will ask you where you wanted to save it.
7. select from your my document folder the appropriate storage, example, NPS folder and press save. it will create a back up for your contacts.
8. to print the contacts, go to your my documents folder, NPS folder, right click the file, select open with , select excel. you can now print your contacts.

Install a fresh copy of OS. This will resolve this hectic issue.
