Your Polaroid PoGo CZA-10011B printer's firmware sounds like it might have a problem. The red light could be an indication that the firmware is not properly interacting with the battery, which is preventing it from functioning properly, if it remains on even after the battery has been fully charged.
Although firmware upgrades are not always accessible for all devices, they can help resolve bugs and enhance the functionality of the device. If the device's firmware version V2.4.1 cannot be downloaded from the manufacturer's website, updates may no longer be available for the product. One option is to try getting in touch with Polaroid customer service and asking about a firmware upgrade or if there is another way to fix the issue. Additionally, you might look for user forums or groups for your particular printer model to ask for assistance or advice from other users who may have gone through a similar situation. Another option would be to try a different battery from a different supplier, sometimes even though the battery seems to be compatible it might not be the correct one for the device.
It's important to note that if the firmware is not available to download and the device is not working properly, it might be time to consider a new printer.
If you a reasonably handy you could disassemble the battery pack and replace the cells with new NiCad or NiMH units. They are not complicated and you should find lots of sites on the net that will supply the cells. Alternatively if the unit has a DC socket you should find the voltage and current printed beside it. Try fitting a suitable power pack.
Hi, I know this is quite late but I have been searching for one for ages and I finally found one! http://www.powerpayless.com/9v-ac-adapter-for-polaroid-cza-05300b-pogo-instant-digital-camera.html I hope this helps anyone who is trying to find a charger for their Polaroid Two. :)
This should work. First check your Notebook to see if it is BlueTooth enabled. If not don't worry you'll need to buy a USB Dongle. (about $8.00 street value Check eBay.) Go to Control Panel >BlueTooth run the wizard. Enter code 6000 the code to recognize your Pogo. Normally the Pogo will accept a jpeg from your camera. If you intend to manipulate your jpeg in any way say with Photoshop - I mean crop or enhance - sharpen, hue, saturation changes you might not have any success. There seems to be very little technical info for the Pogo printer. Very poor of Polaroid such a well respected name. Colin
You can only connect the Pogo to a PC by using a Bluetooth wireless connection. Once a bluetooth connection is established between your PC and the PoGo you can print by simply using Explorer to send a JPEG file to the PoGo via Bluetooth (no printer driver needed).
