If the secondary voltage of the transformer is 12 volts A.C. go to radio shack and they will have a transformer, though being it an aftermarket transformer it will work

Ridiculous to suggest that anyone could just pick a transformer off the shelf to do this!
Have you been inside one of these? I have, and I can tell you that the transformer is unique to Bose and there is nothing else that will physically fit. Also, are you sure that it is a simple 12V output? As I recall it has 3 output windings.

My Bose radio stopped working, no sound no lights AWRCC1

Hello
Check its power cord first. If it is OK, check its power supply section inside. There will be a fuse at the power supply rectifer board. Check it. If it is found opened [damaged] never put an other fuse, without proper check to the power supply and main audio amplifier section. There must be some reason for the blow up of this fuse. Without rectifying the fault, replacing an other fuse, may make more components to get damaged, and the repair work may cost more. OK.

We have bose 9 speaker system from usa 110v it was my fathers we have brought it back to spain which is 240v can you help ie transformers

Probably every electrical supply store in Europe sells tranformers for American (110V) gear.

Google "240 - 100 transformer Europe"

What's a Bose 9? You mean 901? Before you try to use it get the manual from Bose.com and wrap your head around it's requirement for exclusive use of any amplifier.
