When used on any cycle, my washer won't fill with water but will start to agitate and wash the dry clothes! Both cold and hot hoses are connected. I thought maybe inside the washer something came disconnected but I have no way of looking.
I assume that the warer is turn on at the warer valves if so then do you have voltage at the water valve if not then water pressure switch could be bad or main control board could be bad
Kenmore Elite Model 110.24082200 won't fill the tub completely with water on any cycle before washing begins. Nothing is wron with the water source. Why won't it fill?

I purchased a used calypso set. Nice looking but I am not sure if it is operating correctly. It does not fill and it appears as if it does start to spin then stops. Any idea if this is normal? It seems as if the cloths are always in the same spot.
It is possible that the machine does not start off the cycle because there are errors due to feedback from the inputs. For the program to start up the main program controller must initiate the INLET/MOTOR/DRAIN pump/ valve to open up and allow each function to be driven starting from the flow of water into the drum as also the drain valve to open to exit the water at the point of the program cycle. If this does not happen then the voltage at the valve/motor/pump must be checked or the fault relates to no voltage from the controller. This means the controller is a suspect.

My Kenmore Elite Calypso washer won't fill with water from the top. Water comes in from somewhere and is in the bottom, but does not spray out from the top onto the clothes. It goes through all of its regular cycle except for that. I have run some operating tests and water comes out during the tests, but not during the actual washing cycle. Also, I used my tester and checked the fuse on the power board, which says it's fine. Thanks for any help you can give me. P
