Hi - I bought a DKNY NY1304 watch three years ago, and unfortunately my digital screen just broke. I was wondering if it is possible to replace it with a new device? The only information given for the digital component is: China - QFLO75DB or QFL075DB Br. Mike

You have to speak to your nearest DKNY distributor - they might help you and carry out necessary repairs. Alternatively visit your nearest watch repair shop and ask if they can help.

DKNY NY4062 Watch how do l take the back off to replace battery

Not sure if you want to attempt this yourself, and advice above to go to a jeweler is excellent, and I marked it Helpful.

I bought a DKNY watch for my girlfriend last Christmas and the battery finally died. I have taken it to 2 different jewelers to get a new battery in it and they have both told me that one of the screws...

Have you ried taking it back to the supplier? If it is still under warranty, then they should be willing to replace tha battery and if that is not possible they should replace it.

I bought my DKNY watch Duty Free in London at the end of June this year. I have lost the booklet that came with it but I do have the receipt. It has now stopped working. Please advise my next step. Thanks

Thanks for contacting FixYa.
I would say that your battery needs to be changed That can be done at any reliable jewelry store in your area.
If a new battery is not the problem, you will need to contact DKNY at:

How do I set the time on this watch?

Hi, function SOswitchMenu() {var el = document.getElementById('bodyDiv');if ( el.style.display != "none" ) { el.style.display = 'none';}else { el.style.display = '';}var el2 = document.getElementById('h2');if ( el2.className == "calHeader goog-zippy-expanded normalText" ) { el2.className = "calHeader goog-zippy-collapsed normalText";return;}if ( el2.className == "calHeader goog-zippy-collapsed normalText" ) { el2.className = "calHeader goog-zippy-expanded normalText";return;}} function SOframeReload() {var f = document.getElementById('soFrame');f.src = f.src;}
I had a watch similar, and it's actually very easy to adjust as soon as you have the solution, so:
You need a very thin stick (maybe a toothstick or a think pencil). 1) Stick it into the upper pinhole (on the right side on the watch). Then it starts to blink. 2) Adjust by pressing the lowest pinhole 3) Confirm with the upper pinhole 4) Now you'll go through each step (hour, minute, date, 24/12h, etc.) 5) Finally you will se the time on the watch (not blinking), If you press the lowest pinhole you can choose between: - static screen showing time - static screen showing date - shifting screen showing both time and date

Dkny ladies watch winder lost and watch stopped

DKNY is typically a quartz movement and doesn't have a "winder". I believe the part you are referring to is the crown. The watch may have stopped working for several reasons. The first three things I would suspect is that the battery died, the watch is in the set position, or the movement was damaged when the crown was coming off. If the watch is in the set position then pushing the stem in will cause the watch to run. The next thing to do is to replace the battery since it is only a few bucks. If it runs then you can replace the crown and your set. If it doesn't run I would suggest replacing the movement along with the crown and that you will have to price and see if it is within reason since this type of repair wont be covered under warranty.
Depending on the model of DKNY you may have to go through DKNY for the part. Remember that they are manufactured by Fossil. You could save yourself a lot of time by going to your local watch repair shop.

Thanks!
