Once the caps blow they usually take out the driver ic too.
check across your power to the amp with ohmmeter
when you find the issue it will drop to around 20 ohms in one direction.

When turn on it blows the fuse

There must be a diode that is faulty in the power supply section mainly on of the rectifying diodes.
If you look closely at your board you will see four diodes that just after the fuse and befroe the Big capaictor(filter cap.) One of these four diodes must be faulty as the fuse keeps blowing. the diodes are responsible of current limitation drawback. So there must be current flowing back to the fuse that makes it keep blowing.
Check and replace. Good luck

1996 GMC 1500 Pickup. Keep blowing 20A ECM-B fuse. Replaced Ign Mod,Coil,Cap/Rotor & pickup. Any Ideas Out There? Afraid to go any futher...dont want to ruin these new parts!

if you keep blowing a fuse there's a good chance it's not a faulty part but a short in the main harness most likely under the dash where all the connectors tend to get brittle over time and short out constantly. also check the ecm connection there is a 60 pin type.

En7410 won't turn on

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY THE PCB(POWER CONTROL BOARD IS BAD YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF BUYING A NEW MONITOR)

IF you do find the power control board replacement and get it to work i think you would have better results spending the same amount of money on a new monitor with all new parts plus warranty
