you say water only leaks when it fills correct? am wondering if its the hose that feeds in to the washer
this would be from the inlet solenoids check the clamps in the machine.
Inspect the internal of the unit for actual holes on the tray which may cause the water to leak out. If there are none, check for any floating devices which serve as fill sensor that my need refitting or may be loose. If your unit has a pump for the water, observe it while rinsing without the panel on to check if it is working.
you may not be leaking out the bottom. Your stand pipe may be clogged. If the stand pipe has a slight clog in it, the stand pipe will over flow, and the water "looks" as if its leaking from the bottom... These pump faster than your old machine, so the pipe will back up faster... hope that helps
Hi, Did they check the pump seal or the hoses. Does it seem to leak from the front center? Is it leaking while filling or during agitation or spin cycle? Are you getting water every load and is it a little water or a lot?
Please forgive all the questions, I have to ask.

Something probably got caught in the seal and pulled it out of place. If u run washer so that it fills up and starts tumbling,,, and there is no water leak,, there is a good chance u can repair this yourself. So if there is no water leaking,,, you can try and take out the bottom front panel and twisting, or shoving it back into place. If there is water leaking,,, than chances are its ripped or broken, and will need to be completely replaced
F2 = Long Drain. Most common cause is something (or lots of things) stuck in the drain pump. There are screws at the bottom of the front panel that can be removed to check it out. If the screws look like stars they are Torx head screws, get driver from most home centers.
removethe lower acess panel 3 screws across the bottom , run the cycle and watch to see where exctly the leak is coming from it should be quite apparent
