Check that 'Prevent Media Removal' is disabled
Check the Support Ticket Device Analysis for indications of a stuck tape
Run the L&TT*** "LTO Stuck Tape Test"
Try a normal eject operation--Make sure that you allow up to 10 minutes for completion
Perform an Emergency Unload
Reset the drive to reset the drive firmware
Use Library and Tape Tools (L&TT) to Upgrade your Firmware

Hello dude !

You have no other choice but to remove it manually  ie theres a problem with the mechanism .
I t can't come coz sometimes the tape is btw the read head and the pinch rollers .
