I bought my ps3 used two years ago. I'm just now getting used to internet capability. When I try to login to the Playstation Network or other programs that require valid email address and password, it always shows the previous owner's info. I try to put in own email address and a password and it always says "invalid email address and/or password". I'd like to get more involved with online programs like the Playstation Network but I can't. I've changed the user info but that doesn't help me login. How do I replace the previous owner's info with my own so the ps3 system recognizes me instead of the previous owner. Thanks.
The only way to do this would be to completely restore the PS3 system so that when it next turns on it asks for your information.
Hope this helps
