if you mean your old account all you have to do is create a new user go to playstation network click use existing account and plug in the info but the main prob is with your internet connection not the ps3

this is your plastation network online information you signed up for when you first went online to play video games, shop at there store ect.

Sony is working on a fix internal clock error

Playstations 3 Sucks beans!!!!!!! I hope they can fix the log in issues soon and also fix Playstation Home network. Since I bought my machine it's been nothing but nightmares trying to play games and log into my account. It's great for playing movies though it's an expensive DVD/BLUERAY Player. I tried Calling PS3 support today because of login issues with Playstation Home and no one answers the phone, now there are login Issues with my PSN account.My Connection is working!!!!!!, so dont give me that bs story that my router might be set up wrong! I have internet on the PS3 and at 100% connection. I'm getting fed up with Playstation and hope they can refund my money that I spent on a program that does not work.

Hi,
This is a common problem on the ps3 unfortunately and is caused by a faulty blue-ray drive. Unit will have to go back to Sony for service.

You should try a DVD cleaning disk first to be sure that dirt on the laser lense is not causing the issue

However if this fails and you are confident with electronics there are several videos on YouTube showing how to replace the drive if you choose to order it and do it yourself.

try moving ur ps3 closer 2 ur router dat should make da connection stronger. but another thing is wen da internet router is used by too many appliances certain ones for example ur ps3's internet becomes weaker. i hope dis helped=)

Does your PS3 have the latest update? If you don't have your PS3 connected to the Internet you will need to go to the Sony website and download it to your computer. From there you can burn it to a CD or a Memory Stick to transfer the install file to the PS3. Here is the link to the 2.52 update...
