Sir my nokia 5130 c-2 phone does not play music while press the music player and it shows operation failed. Please help me out

I have seen this kind of problems with the Nokia 5130, I flashed the Nokia 5130 by taking it to Mobile Service Center. Now it's working fine, everything is working as expected! So please flash it by taking to any Mobile Service Center.

hello friend you can correct this problem by just reinstalling the phone software you can get restore the old factory settings by following these steps main menu>settings>security settings>restore factory settings> give the security code of your device when prompt >the wait until the device restarts.

1. PRESS STAR,ASH,7780 THEN ASH AGAIN
2. PRESS THE SEND BUTTON
3. RESTORE FACTORY SETTINGS WILL APPEAR ON YOUR PHONE
4. PRESS YES
5. THE PHONE WILL REQUEST FOR LOCK CODE
6. THEN TYPE YOUR PERSONAL LOCK CODE THAT IS IF YOU HAVE CHANGED IT
   
7. IF NOT TYPE 12345
8. IF IT OCCURS AGAIN SIMPLY FLASH THE PHONE
   

Please have your SD card checked , put the card for a scan in your PC and confirm that all the files present are readable by the phone. If not remove , format and reinstall all the files for valid media files accepted on the media player.
Also have your phone reset to factory default- open settings- factory settings type- 12345.

You will have to use nokia pc suite to be able to connect your pc to the internet using your nokia phone,

You will have to download nokia pa suite

Install the software and connect your phone to your computer

Then on the PC Suite menu click on

Connect to the internet
