Hi I need a replacement bulb for my WS-55411 Mitsubishi. Can you help me find the right bulb and it's part number? The screen blacked out and sound still works so I assume I need a new bulb. When I shop online, all the bulbs are listed by their own part number instead of the tv model number. Can you help me find the bulb number before I dissect my tv?

Your model doesnt have a bulb since its a rear projection TV . It has three picture tubes, However loss of video with audio still working is usually caused by a vertical output failure.

Mitsubishi WS 55411 not finding/memorizing channels

Try connecting a DVD to another input source to be sure the TV is capable of processing video & audio. Then check the the RF input link, this often gets broken from pulling on it. It looks like you have 3 RF inputs on this unit, are they all non-functioning? If only 1 not working, that particular is most likely bad, so just use 1 of the others. No point replacing if you don't need it anyway. If all not working, problem is in the switching or tuner circuit.

Mitsubishi WS-5541 light blue glow

I know these sets pretty well--worked on a lot of them when new and later--one of two possible ideas=

1. Either a odd convergence problem==confirmed or denied by going into the convergence menu (in customer menu) and selecting advanced which will bring up a grid of lines--if see the same issue (I will attach a photo of a Mitsubishi with this problem) it can be fixed.

2. Some sort of issue with the circuit board on the end of the Blue tube(you are missing blue=black) but usually in this set if that happens it is uniform and on both sides of the screen, not the top.

Let me know what you find.

I doubt it is convergence, but does not hurt to look--if the missing area was perfectly rectangular I would suspect up/down centering adjustment.

There is one other possible thing to try--we will leave it for last--set has 3 hidden menus and one is OPTION menu which allows a hard reset of entire set--sets everything back to factory except convergence adjustments which are stored in another area.

Ws-55411 getting a code 22 short circuit were do i need to look for with this problem do you have idea ?

Check the pico fuses on the board. If one or more tests open, then likely the STK chips need to be replaced. This would mean a convergence failure.

Mitsubishi WS-55411 55 in. No Power up

Error code 12 means normal operation. On these models we have found that a switch is bad on the control panel not allowing the set to turn on. Disconnect the control panel. You will be able to use the remote on set. To find the plugs for the control panel: Remove the speaker grill and front panel, then follow the wire to the connection. You can use an ohm meter to find the bad switch.
