To erase:
menu #331 press and hold clear until all digits are erased.
To enter number:
menu #331 enter up to 24 digits SAVE then OFF
You may need to add pauses between the number and your pass codes.

To erase your voice mail access number press the handset's [MENU] button, then press [#], [3], [3], [1], then press and hold the [CLEAR] button remove all entries seen. Then enter your voicemail access code and press [SAVE].
You received a message on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. To hear the message, dial the voicemail number provided by your service provider (in many cases, this will be your own phone number), and follow the voice instructions for listening to your messages. You need to store the voicemail access # by pressing [MENU], [#] [3],[3],[1] on the handset. To access the voicemail, press [TALK], then softkey [VM]. to access voice mail messages, u hav to contact the authorised customer care and ask for the number to access voice mail....
the number given by them is enter in ur voicemail box num...then enjoy accessing voicemail
When you call in from the outside wait for auto attendant to answer. As soon as the "Thank you for calling" starts, press [*], and your mailbox number. If that does not work you may need to put a [#], 165 before the [*], mail box. This is assuming that most voice mail and auto attendant settings are operational and you have a Panasonic KX-TVS voice mail.
If a live person (not to be confused with the living dead) answers, have them transfer you to voice mail and do the whole [#], 165, [*], your mail box thing.
