Nokia n72 camera unexpected error occurred.

My nokia n72 camera problem if click camera button means it will come unexpected error occurred. power off the device and restart is give this message please send me assistance on my e mail..

i think you should better update your phone software .....check here.http://www.nokia.co.in/support/product_support/device-software-update
or you better connect pc to internet and use nokia pc suite to update

jus type dis code *#7307# and press call button ..it will format your cell and u ll be able to use camera.....plzzz vist

Hi, in my N72, camera is not working..one notification is there..."unexpected error occured.power
Switch-off your phone. 1. Press and hold 3 keys; Green dial key, * Star key, no. 3 key on keypad and then press the power on/off to swtich on the phone. Remember, do not let go the 3 press and hold keys until you see a formatting word screen show! 2. After a few minutes when the Full phone formatting completed, your phone will back to original system and factory settting.

i think the updation of the hard ware is required,,,. if ur version id starts from 2...... . u need to update, u can see ur version id by typing, *#0000# . u can either update it ur self by using ur pc suite ( use only data cable and nt the bluetooth ). or u can consult the local nokia agency
