Try also removing the sim, try a different one if you have it.

If you have a memory card start it without the card inside.

Try also the following procedure:

If you get the text on the screen, pull the battery out, pressthe power button three or four times to discharge the phone completelyand then try the battery again and hold the power button for 8 secondsor until the blue in the kaypad gives a slight flash dim"

If it still does not start it is faulty, take it to a repair shop.

thats how it comes from the factory.

The RAZR V3M doesn't have the ability to play music through any bluetooth device, like some phones. Thats not a problem though. You can purchase special headphones, made by motorola, specially designed for your RAZR from almost any Radioshack or other electronics store from $20-$30.

I think it is best to have them exchanged the phone...but try doing a master reset and master clear

boss ur fons display connector also called display belt is not working or ur phons display is gone change first belt then go to the display

you need to take the phone to a mobile service center and have them replaced the LCD for you.

Ive had 2 silver razrs and my first did the exact same thing it's a sensor intenally that wears out ecspecialy on the silver ones dont ask why? But i sent my back and replaced it. If you pay insurance everymonth like me use it!!

As far as I know only razr v3i has i tunes. as far as the external display not showing your wallpaper as the internal screen i'm not sure except if it dosen't show the time and stuff on the external display your screen's connector for your display may be loose if so thier should be a solved problem for that.
