Brother model MFC-215C is not working. It says: cleaninig impossible. Try trouble shooting and routine maintenanace. What can I do to solve this problem?
Make sure your printer is properly connected with network. and it is not in sleep mode. If it is in sleep mode. Then you have to restart your printer.
If your printer is connected properly but your computer is still not working fine then you need to contact to brother tech support.

There is no Error 10 within the maintenance of the printer!
An error starting with 10 (and two more digits) belongs to the communication device (fax).
Plz check again what two digit error you have and post again.

you need a new waist ink absorber. plz check the forum for unable to clean or error 46. Its explained many times.

most likely your flush box is full of ink, the pads will need to be replaced by a service center.

I have the same problem my printer (a MFC-215C) is unable to clean and when I press Menu/set I do not have "Black print"? So what do I do now?????? HELP... Thanks Nathalie
