My tv is no working stand by light and bulb

recheck all lights including license plate lights, fender lights and confirm that you have the correct bulbs, signal element or double element bulbs and confirm volt & watts

so doe sth tv work or the remote just shuts u down eash time

this shows that the standby power is present,check and test the horizontal output transistor and the filter capacitor for their functionality and replace then give it a try but by first connecting a 100w light bulb in series where the power input fuse is supporsed to be.if the tv can turn on then you can now put back the fuse and test again

It could be the temp sensor going bad. This sensor sits on top of the metal housing which the bulb assembly slides into. The bulb assembly will have a hole on top and this is where the sensor is above. There is a small blue and white wire that plugs into it. If you pull the wire out and put a paper clip or wire in the coupling you will basically bypass the sensor connecting the blue and white wire. If your tv turns on then that is your problem. Its cheap too. Here were my symptoms..1] Turn tv on 2] Bulb would light up..(which eliminates the ballast) regular picture would show up (which eliminates the bulb and color wheel) 3] 30 seconds later tv would shut down with 3 flashing lights. After bypass the tv turned on as always and hasnt shut down yet. Always un plug tv first. Get the replacement part to avoid overheating and possible fire

when you turn TV on, watch to see if the Lamp Fan is running,if it stops when Lamp trys to light then set will not come on.which then means Lamp Fan is defective.

This seems to be a common problem. I have the same issue. Repair man says its a power supply (he thinks). When the lights start blinking, press the power button on top of the tv (not the remote) and most of the time it will come on and work. I am going to try to replace my power supply and see if that fixes the issue. If so, I will update this post.

It sounds like your bulb is done . The bulbs only last around 3 years or so. http://electrified.com/ this is the cheapest place you will find a new one.

Your color wheel has gone bad. I recommend this repair to only be done by a qualified Samsung service center. Part costs less than $100

it keeps blinking turns on then off

I own a Sony T.V. model #KV36HS510, Serial # 9024184,Event# E36002407 and it"s aTrinitron brand name. Like the problems before no picture or sound, stand by light on front of unit flashes. When trying to turn it back on you can hear the power click, like it wants to turn on, but does not.
