I am absolutly discusted at the fact that i only purchused my lg chocolate in october 2007 and already it does not work im not able to use my phone because when i slide up my phone ready to use it freezes , if i want to make a call im unable because the phone does not show the contact list ,the alarm does not work ,also ever so often the screen goes white and the phone cuts out ..... i find this utterly unacceptable and i feel very disappointed that i have only had this phone for this short amount of time and already it has broken i really feel this is bad for such a big company

The bluetooth may not be compatible with the LG Chocolate Touch, Some bluetooths are touchy about phones, and some phones are touchy about bluetooths. Just check the capabilities of your bluetooth device and make sure it is compatible with your LG Chocolate touch.
you cannot use a verizon phone on an alltel plan. you have to switch over to verizon to make that phone work. i tried getting a chocolate to work on alltel too and they would not do it.
im not sure what your problem is , I think your saying your touchpad is locked and your screen is white so you cant get it unlocked correct....its either if you hold star in or its the pund sign in and it unlocks the key pad worse case take the battery out and put it back in..... but i work for verizon and you can take that phone in and they will swap it out for you just tell them you didnt do anything physicial to it damage wise and be nice to them because that was a defest on the original chocolate..
I don't know if you got your answer already, but I've had the same issue, and it seems to be temporarily fixed if you switch your phone off and on again. Good luck!
mine did this a few weeks ago. there's no solution; you need a new phone. if you talk to verizon they'll send you a new one for free; they sent me the new chocolate !! if they wanna make you pay the fifty dollars; tell them to google "lg chocolate white screen"...it worked for me :D
LG Chocolate is the worst phone EVER! i've already self-fixed two problems, and now a new problem that i cannot make phone calls / receive them (they do actually go through but i can't hear anything). someone please tell me how to fix this....
I've never used WMP to directly sync to my Chocolate. I have success with the VW Vcast software which uses WMP through it. Maybe check Windows's website for troubleshooting on recognizing devices.
the LG chocolate camera screen goes green.
My phone has sometimes cut out and re-switched on with a blank screen.
