You can look in your bios if you didn't turn it off by chance. Otherwise you erase it from your hardware and look for it again in new hardware and install.
The usb ports are usually soldered to the motherboard, in some cases repair shops can re solder new ones to it but sometimes its best to just replace the entire motherboard. or in this case laptop
Don't do that if you are not good for repairing laptop. That will damage your laptop and be dangerous.
Either repair your laptop adapter or buy a new adapter. If you can't let your laptop charger repaired by yourself, you had better replace a new charger. If you are on a budget on a new charger, consider buying a third party charger:Intocircuit Acer Aspire 5251 AC Adapter 65Watt 19V 3.42A
Hello, the following solution WILL cause you to lose all of your current data on your Acer Aspire One. I typed this up myself, I learned from experience.
To do what you are asking, restart your Acer Aspire One, then while it is starting up, you should see a white screen that says Acer as seen below (Not my picture). I'm not sure of the key combination but try Alt+F8, Alt+10, or Alt+F11. You should see a black screen (As I remember) but wait about 2 or 3 minutes and Acer eRecovery Management. Follow the steps to do a factory restore. ALSO: If your computer does start up (Mine wouldn't) you can go to start>All Programs>Acer eRecovery Management and follow the steps there. Your Acer will be like brand new.
You don't have bluetooth in that laptop. You must buy a separate USB dongle and install it. Here's one

The media failure means either the hard disk has failed and therefore cannot boot up the notebook.
Try reseating the hard drive first, so it makes proper electrical contact. If it still fails to boot up, then go to the BIOS setup and check to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. The BIOS may have a hard disk diagnostic program, if so then run this program to check the hard disk. If the hard disk is faulty, then a new hard disk is needed and install Windows on this hard disk plus the Acer's device drivers and your programs to get a working computer again.
